Description from URBANDECAY.COM: All the glitz of glam rock without the spandex or bad hair. These arresting shades of glitter are suspended in a clear base and apply with a tiny, precise brush. Paint thin lines with the tip of the brush, or sweeping color with the side of the brush for dramatic, jewel-encrusted eyes. Once dry, they will not budge – the glitter won’t fall to your cheeks or transfer to your make out partner’s face. Make sure you let each coat dry a bit before applying the next for perfect glitter distribution.
Tips: Heavy Metal can be worn alone, over Eye shadows, or with other Glitter Liner shades. Try a deep shade as your main eye liner, and a light, bright shade as a highlight on the inner corners.

My Opinion: If you know me well you know I’m head over heels in love with glitter. Some people may spice up there look by adding a stroke of color or make it smokey, but me I add glitter.
Color / Pigmentation?
Whatever adhesive or gel type formula in with the glitter is a clear color, but the glitters its self are very beautiful and sparkly. The pictures I took really does not give these glitter liners any justice, there much more prettier in person.
Fallout and Staying Power?
When applying the glitter liner alone or on top of shadow, I have had no fallout what so ever, it doesn’t matter how much you layer on, the glitter really stays put. I never have glitter on my cheeks from this glitter liner; it doesn’t matter if I had it on for 5 minutes or 12 hours, it’s very long lasting.
If you decide to apply this allover the lid, it might feel a bit uncomfortable. You can definitely feel that something is on your lid; it’s something you have to get use to.
The really like the brush applicator, it's nice and fine, soft yet stiff enough to work with.
Bottom Line …
So far I really have no complaints about the quality these products, I highly recommend it for you glitter loving people. Although I think these glitter liners are on the pricey side, so if you can try to wait for a sale on these or get in at suite7beauty.com (they sell these glitter liners for pretty cheap).
Color Description & Swatches: The camera didn’t really capture the beauty of the glitters very well, but I can tell you there simply gorgeous!
